Caroline Heinle is a bi-coastal actor, writer and producer. She began her training at The Papermill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, graduating Magna Cum Laude, with minors in Political Science and Theater. After studying in London, Heinle relocated to Los Angeles, where she obtained success in film, television, commercials and writing and performing live sketch comedy with the Strait Jacket Society Comedy Troupe. It is with the comedy troupe that she fell back in love with writing again.
In 2016, she relocated back to NYC to have spinal fusion surgery for idiopathic scoliosis. Throughout her treatment, she shared weekly blogs and vlogs, which gained press in the NY Post and Daily Mail. She is passionate about telling stories that bring awareness to health and wellness, addiction issues, family dynamics, the power in human connection and overcoming adversity. She is currently in pre-production for her short film, WHITE NOISE, which is based on her journey with scoliosis.
She is an advocate for art therapy and how storytelling can heal us from the inside out. Most recently, she has received 3 wins and 2 Best Actress nominations for her work in STILL, a psychological thriller about sleep paralysis. She is represented by the Bohemia Group.

In her spare time, Heinle is a writer, health enthusiast and social media marketer. She is passionate about story telling, creativity, laughing, wellness and living life to the fullest. During the week, you can find her frequenting different coffee shops and workout studios and on the weekends, you'll spot her sipping mezcal cocktails with her friends and enjoying Sundays with her family.
